Establishment of The Shooting Range

This thesis considers the proposed business plan – establishment of the shooting range, which outlines the present difficult conditions which exist in the society. Thesis is conceived as a project for investor with sufficient funding for implementation. It is derived from a complex analyses of the external and internal factors, changes and estimates of internal performance parameters aligned to the agreed strategic design. The aim is to produce a essential document which sets out a clear statement of the future direction of the business and its desired position including the identification of the resources required to achieve that goal.
Proposals to Change the Company's Marketing Mix

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of a family bistro. The work is divided in to three main parts. The theoretical part defines important marketing concepts. The following is an analytical approach to the current state of the company and evaluation of a questionnaire survey. In the design part, based on the performed analysis, proposals are made to change the marketing mix of the company, that could lead to strengthening the loyalty of current customers and reaching to new customers in the future.

Podhradská, D. Strategy proposal for INGOTRANS spol., s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. The aim of bachelor thesis is to design a strategy for INGOTRANS spol., s.r.o. com-pany by analysing external and internal environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on literature, in which are named and described important defini-tions and methods of strategic management. In the result part is external envi-ronment explored by PESTE analysis and Porter Value Chain. The internal envi-ronment is explored by Marketing Mix 7P. Based on the results of the analyses are threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths lined up into EFE and IFE ma-trix. The factors are lined up in SWOT matrix and one of them is chosen to realiza-tion. The selected strategy by the company is economically evaluated.
